Payment: LaDy LaDuke, LLC accepts payments through PayPal. If there is any trouble with your order, or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at ladyladuke@ladyladuke.com. If payment is not confirmed through PayPal, the order will be considered cancelled.

Shipping: FREE SHIPPING IN US ONLY. Usually ships in 2-5 business days US and 8-20 Internationally. PLEASE NOTE: International shipping is unpredictable due to clearing customs in the country of destination. International Priority and Express shipping upgrades can be purchased, but they do not change the unpredictable nature of clearing customs.
Shipping does not include extra services. Please contact LaDy LaDuke first, before placing an order with extra services or specific dates needed. If other methods, including international, bulk or upgrades of shipping are needed, please contact us first before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will only be given if within 15 days after receipt of item, customer returns item to LaDy LaDuke in same condition as originally shipped with the invoice and all tags and labels in place. Customer will at own expense ship item to LaDy LaDuke. LaDy LaDuke will inspect item and determine if it is eligible for a refund. LaDy LaDuke will confirm with customer via e-mail if the item is eligible. LaDy LaDuke reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not in its original condition. There are no exchanges. Damaged items must be reported to LaDy LaDuke within 24 hours after delivery confirmation to be eligible for a refund. If an item is lost in shipping, please contact LaDy LaDuke.
